Case
Caye Caulker is a small coral island located some 15 miles off the northeastern coast of Belize. The resource unit being appropriated is lobster. Boundaries are drawn based on natural barriers such as the barrier reef, that lies to the east of the Caribbean Sea. The set of individuals who have rights to withdraw from this resource were well-defined at the time of the study.
